Kielder Water and Forest Park


Kielder Water and Forest Park is the largest man-made forest in England, offering over 250 miles of trails for runners to explore. The terrain is varied, with flat paths, rolling hills, and challenging climbs, making it an excellent location for ultra training.


Durham Dales


The Durham Dales is a stunning area of natural beauty that's perfect for long-distance running. The area offers a mix of terrain, including hills, moors, and valleys, and is home to several long-distance trails, such as the Weardale Way and Teesdale Way.


North Yorkshire Moors


The North Yorkshire Moors is a vast expanse of heather-covered hills and deep valleys that offers some of the most challenging terrain in the UK. The area is home to several long-distance trails, including the Cleveland Way and the Lyke Wake Walk.
